Genesis Legal’s Director Sharon Chai graduated from Queensland University of Technology in 2010. In 2011, Sharon completed Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland.
Sharon has worked in the area of property and commercial law for more than 12 years. Her professional experience and practical legal skills have been developed since undergraduate studies particularly in the area of property law.
Sharon understands the legal problems that affect ordinary people in the area of property law. Her legal experience and attention to detail means clients will receive tailored legal solution to suit their needs.
Sharon’s familiarity with different languages and customer service skills has prepared her for challenging dealings with clients with diverse background and goals.
Sharon loves travelling. Oversea trips with family are also her best memories of life.
Lillian is a conveyancing paralegal with 8 years’ experience in property law, as well as over 20 years of total working experience across legal, human resources, administrative, and team management roles.
She is highly skilled in managing residential conveyancing matters from start to finish, with a strong focus on client communication, attention to detail, and efficient workflow management.
Lillian takes pride in supporting clients through the conveyancing process with clarity and care, and she works closely with solicitors and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely settlements. Her areas of interest include property transactions, client relations, and continuous learning in legal practice.
Sally works in Conveyancing industry since 2009. She is a licensed conveyancer in Victoria and focusses on both Queensland and Victoria sale, purchases and property transfer.
Sally is an experienced and approachable conveyancer who takes pride in ensuring her clients’ experiences are as stress-free as possible.
Whether it’s a first home, an investment property, a super fund purchase, Sally is dedicated to making the conveyancing process as straightforward as possible.
Sally speaks fluent English, Mandarin (Chinese) and Cantonese.
