We are in third year of operation and is looking for Conveyancing Paralegal to join the team. We focus in quality conveyancing services and provide client focused property advice, solutions and outcomes.

This would be an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 3 years experience with property, contracts or with the conveyancing process for residential and “off the plan” sales and purchases.

The successful applicant will have the support of a highly collaborative team, with the autonomy to manage their own files and clients.

General duties including –

• Providing general advice and support to your clients regarding their property purchase or sale;
• Interacting with stakeholders regarding contract contents and amendments;
• Matter management, including monitoring of important client milestones and obligations;
• Liaising with banks, mortgage brokers and other related stakeholders to ensure the timely settlement of matters;
• Conducting searches and produce settlement statements and documents for your clients matter; and
• Arranging settlements on behalf of your clients via PEXA and with our internal settlement team.
